The double bed offered amazing comfort. The staff provided excellent service. They were very polite. Many activities were available. I had a hard time choosing! The WhatsApp communication with the front-of-house team was very effective.
The barman didn't know which lager had the lowest ABV.

The spa is amazing, but too many people are allowed to book at once. The outside hydro pool got very packed. The hotel itself offers spa, a swimming pool, and water sports.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The front-of-house team used WhatsApp to communicate. This proved great and effective. I did not feel comfortable complaining as this was an auction prize, so I didn't directly pay.
